What is included and not in my monthly service fee?
Your monthly service fee at The Embassy covers a wide range of essential services, providing convenience and peace of mind. All utilities, including water, free WiFi and gas are included in your rent, with the exception of phone and electric. Residents also have the option of purchasing meal plans at an additional fee.
Housekeeping services are also part of your monthly fee. A housekeeper is available every other week to assist with cleaning, helping you maintain a comfortable and tidy living environment without any extra charges. Bed linen service is also available at no additional charge. This service ensures that you can focus on enjoying your time at Asbury Heights without worrying about daily chores.
Are pets welcome?
Yes, we welcome pets at the Embassy! Residents can have up to two pets for an additional $30/month per pet charge.
